I am a new customer to McCall's HVAC, and I cannot be more pleased - they are terrific! My A/C died late afternoon on Thursday, July 1,2021. I called the original installer and McCall's. The original installer was a quick responder, but was not at all clear on how long it would take or how much it would cost to fix the problem. McCall was here early Friday, July 2, and gave me a thorough analysis, a very reasonable cost, and a firm delivery of the next business day, July 6. The other company gave me a much higher cost and a very uncertain date as to when they could do the job. McCall's was here early on the promised date and installed the new system complete by 1:00 PM that day. All of the McCall's people - Sean, Catfish, and Josh - were very professional and personable. I am definitely a satisfied McCall's customer and highly recommend them.

Phenomenal service from the receptionist/scheduler to the technician. Called two other companies who could not get me in for a week. Mccalls was at my house within 12 hrs, accurately diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve the issue the same day for a reasonable price. We’ve been clients of McCalls for years. The technicians are polite, knowledgeable, helpful and very careful not to track dirt. They always introduce themselves and have ID. The office alerts if there is a time delay although they are timely. The office is accommodating and always works with our schedule. We think they’re good and honest.
